Walkers are asked to meet at 12.15pm.
And the final walk will be held in Durham City where participants are asked to meet at Waddington Street Centre at 2.45pm for a walk from 3pm until 4pm.
All those taking part will be asked to complete a health check form which will be provided on the day.
