A CREEPY Halloween carnival will be played out after dark in a popular city park.
The family show Fright Night returns to Wharton Park in Durham on Saturday, October 28.
The Halloween-themed spectacular, staged by Let’s Circus, takes place in the amphitheatre with acrobatics, juggling and giant balloon comedy as well as a fire garden at the Way Sculpture.
Steve Cousins, Ringmaster at Let’s Circus, said: “Like every event that we do, we’ll be bringing great quality circus performances from our international artists and promising a night of fun for the whole family”.
Park gates will open to ticket holders at 5pm with the show starting at 6.30pm.
Visitors are encouraged to wear Halloween fancy dress and bring a torch.
Wharton Park car park will be open to blue badge holders, but alternative parking is available at County Hall.
Tickets, priced £3 or £10 for a family of five, are available from the Gala box office on 03000 266 600.
