An accident on the A1(M) southbound carriageway near Bowburn caused delays for motorists on Monday morning
ONE lane of the A1(M) southbound was blocked after an accident near Bowburn, in County Durham, on Monday morning.
The accident happened near Junction 61, A177 / A688 / B6291 (Bowburn).
All lanes have now been reopened.
