A NORTH-East therapist has decided not to join the support team aiming to help swimmer Ben Hooper become the first person to swim the Atlantic.
Durham-based therapist Esme Bebb, who works from a clinic in Old Elvet, made a last-minute decision to pull out of the record-breaking attempt.
Mr Hooper is due to start swimming from Africa to South America this month.
