MASTERCHEF host Gregg Wallace has been filming a video promoting County Durham food and drink.
The video was commissioned by Visit County Durham and saw Wallace visit Beamish Museum and meet representatives of Knitsley Farm Shop, the Rose and Crown at Romaldkirk and Sonnet 43 microbrewery.
The video will also feature Seaham Hall, Auckland Castle, Broom House Farm, Durham Gin, Rise Bakehouse and Durham Cathedral.
The presenter said: “It’s been a real pleasure to visit Durham and see what the county has to offer and celebrate the county’s local food producers.
“There’s a huge variety on offer and this video will bring Durham’s food and drink to the attention of foodies across the country and beyond.”
The video will be online at britainisgreat.com from September.
