A CHARITY which offers therapy to armed forces veterans has announced details of its annual charity golf day fund raiser.
Durham-based Veterans at Ease, which was set up by former soldier Garreth Murrell, is holding the event at the Longhirst Hall Golf Club, Morpeth on Saturday June 20.
Several teams have already confirmed for the golf day and places are going fast.
To enter a four person team costs £160. That includes bacon butties/tea/coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf, a buggy with free on-course refreshments and a hog roast and clubhouse presentation of prizes.
Veterans at Ease has worked with more than a hundred people suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and other related issues since its inception in 2011.
