NO further action is being taken against a man arrested in connection with the murder of a man in County Durham.
The 22-year-old had been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Mark Shaw, who was killed in his home in Grange Villa, near Chester-le-Street in December.
Durham Police confirmed that no further action was being taken against the man.
Kieran Adey, 18 of Queen Street, Grange Villa, and Zoe Warren, 19, of Chipchase, Washington, have both been charged with murder and are due to stand trial at Newcastle Crown Court in October.
