A LEARNER driver has been banned for 18 months after drink-driving to pick up a friend in Chester-le-Street. Keith Milner, 27, of Harkle Road, Sunderland, admitted drink-driving and no licence. He was ordered to pay £315 in fines and costs by a judge at Newton Aycliffe.
