PLANS for 35 apartments in Durham City have been resubmitted after being withdrawn earlier this month.
The new plans are for land at Kepier House, at the Sands.
A proposal for 35 apartments and car parking was due to be decided by a Durham County Council planning committee earlier this month but was withdrawn at the last minute after concerns were voiced about land ownership issues.
Plans have now been resubmitted with amended car parking arrangements.
Developers have been trying to build on the site since 2004, when planning permission was first granted for the site.
Previous schemes included an underground car park, which has now been omitted because of concerns over viability.
The new plans have been submitted following a discussion with neighbouring land owners and planning officers.
