POLICE are appealing for information after a quad bike rider collided with a cyclist.
A Northumbria Police spokesman said the accident happened on a cycle track between Leechmere Way and Tunstall Hill, Sunderland, at 2.45pm on Monday, May 4.
Four cyclists were riding along the track when the quad bike collided with one of the cyclists.
The cyclist, a 57-year-old woman, suffered bruising as a result of the incident and was left shaken.
Officers are carrying out inquiries to trace the rider of the blue quad bike.
