A PIZZA delivery man was threatened by three masked robbers who stole £150 from him.
Police are appealing for information after the robbery in Newcastle.
"At 1.05am on Monday, March 30, a pizza delivery driver was approached by three masked men in Ulverstone Terrace in the Walker area of Newcastle,2 said a spokesman for Northumbria Police.
"The men threatened the man and stole around £150 in cash from him. They then fled the scene.
"The delivery driver, a 28-year-old man, was left unharmed but shaken by the incident.
"The victim told police the men may have been armed with weapons."
Enquiries are ongoing into the incident and anyone who was in the Ulverstone Terrace area in the early hours of Monday morning or who has any information into the robbery is asked to contact police on 101 ext 69191 quoting reference number 43 30/03/15.
Officers will be in the area today making enquiries, checking for CCTV footage and speaking to local residents.
