A NORTH-EAST housebuilder has helped to raise cash for a Hartlepool charity.
Yuill Homes' annual dinner and dance, which took place at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, included a Strictly Come Dancing session, which raised £480 for Hartlepool and District Hospice.
The company has supported the hospice for more than a decade through various fundraising activities and has so far raised a total of £19,000 for the charity.
Tracy Woodhall, the chief executive of the Hospice, said: "They have been loyal supporters of ours since 1996, from buying tables at our annual ball, to attending events and providing sponsorship on the hospice vans."
