A LANDMARK church is preparing to run a course exploring Christian beliefs this autumn.
St Nicholas' Church, Durham's civic church which stands in the city's Market Place, will offer the Alpha course beginning on Thursday, September 30, and running for ten weeks.
Each weekly meeting will begin at 7pm will include a light meal, short talk and discussion.
A launch night with music, entertainment, wine and snacks will be held in the church on Monday, September 27, at 7.30pm.
