MORE than 250 of the region’s most promising gymnasts will go head-to-head this weekend (December 1).
The Deerness Floor Championships will be staged at Deerness Gymnastics Academy, in Ushaw Moor, County Durham, on Saturday, with competitors travelling from County Durham, Tyne and Wear and Northumberland.
Forty youngsters from the world-renowned Deerness club, including some as young as four, will be taking part.
