Bid to expand industrial estate

THREE new units have been proposed for part of a Darlington industrial estate.

Plans have been submitted to Darlington Borough Council to build a light industrial unit on Forge Way, on the Cleveland Trading Estate, in Albert Hill.

It is proposed to subdivide the building, which is currently a storage yard, into three separate units.

The plans are to clad the units in a similar style to neighbouring buildings, add a new access onto Forge Way and increase employment on the site.
