FIRE fighters are tacking a blaze at a North-East recycling plant.
Darlington Fire and Rescue have sent four pumps to the Albert Hill Skip Hire site, in Dodsworth Street, on Darlington's Albert Hill Industrial Estate after a pile of rubbish and rubble caught alight.
The alarm was raised at 3.25pm. Thick black smoke from the blaze can be seen from across the town.
