PEOPLE will get a chance to win a £200 bike when they book tickets for the first week of a pantomime.

The star of Darlington Civic Theatre’s production of Aladdin, reality TV personality Chico, yesterday backed the competition. Anyone buying tickets for performances from December 5 to 11 will be entered in the competition.

The winning ticket-holder will receive a bike from Halfords to the value of £200. Smaller prizes will also be available.

Tickets for Aladdin are £10.50 to £19.

The show will run from December 5 to Sunday, January 17.

■ Chico and co-stars The Grumbleweeds will switch on the Christmas lights in Darlington Market Place from 4pm on Sunday, November 22.
