EMPLOYEES at Middleton Hall Retirement Village have been celebrating after the announcement of two major achievements and successes.
It has been assessed and awarded the Investors in People Platinum (IIP) status, the highest level that can be achieved.
The platinum award follows a recent win at the Skills for Care National Award Ceremony where Middleton Hall was announced overall winner in the Best Employer of the Year category.
Welcoming the recognition, managing director Jeremy Walford said: “These awards are extremely important to us as they clearly reflect our continued drive to be the best in everything we do. Staff are our most important asset and they make Middleton Hall the special place it is.
"I am delighted to learn that Middleton Hall outperformed the industry average benchmarks in all indicators illustrating our commitment to people management excellence.
"The alignment between our employee and customer satisfaction is also evident where in a recent annual survey, 100 per cent of residents and family members rated us as Excellent or Good."
