A POLICE community support officer (PCSO) walking the Darlington beat has earned a customer service award after helping a vulnerable member of the public.
PCSO Craig Murray was nominated by a victim of harassment and anti-social behaviour who reported their concerns that offenders had found their new address.
The Darlington Police PCSO was commended for his “positive and caring attitude” and for going “beyond the call of duty” to reassure the concerned resident.
PCSO Murray received a WOW award alongside Police Interceptors stars, Sergeant Kev Salter and PC Mike Fisher.
