A YOUNG pair of siblings are searching for new home together after being taken in by an animal welfare charity.

One-year-old brother and sister, Oscar and Miley, were brought to the care of the National Animal Sanctuaries Support League (NASSL) after the charity received an unprecedented number of kittens throughout the year.

The young duo were reluctantly handed over to NASSL by their previous owner after being socialised, fully vaccinated, neutered and micro-chipped.

NASSL now hope to find a new home for the cats who could suit a home with older children or a cat-friendly dog.

A NASSL spokeswoman said: “Miley and Oscar are very loving and friendly, unfortunately their owner gave them up very reluctantly due to unforeseen circumstances.

“In the right home they will be a real joy to have around, they really are exceptional cats.”

Alongside the appeal to find Oscar and Miley a home, NASSL have urged anyone able to donate kitten or cat food and biscuits to get in touch with the charity.
