A YOUNG teenager has suffered burns to his neck and arms after an aerosol can exploded in a fire started in a Darlington skate park.

A 14-year-old boy received treatment following the incident in South Park on Thursday, August 18, when an aerosol can containing flammable spray was thrown into a fire allegedly started by a group of youths.

Darlington Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with information on the identity of four or five male teenagers believed to be in the South Park skate park between 10pm and 10.30pm.
