VET charity PDSA will set Darlington tails wagging when its pet wellbeing tour rolls into town next month, offering free health MOTs for dogs.

PDSA vet nurses will be onboard the charity’s PetCheck vehicles offering free canine health checks and services including nail clipping and ear cleaning.

The vehicle will stop at the following Darlington locations between 10am and 5pm; Cockerton Green on July 5, Firthmoor Community Centre on July 6, South Park clock tower, on July 7 and Kings Church on July 8 from 9am to 4pm.

Vet Nurse Tina Scrafton said: “We know people love their pets and want the best for them, which is why we’re here to help. By offering free, friendly advice and support, we can help owners make small changes that can make a big difference to the wellbeing of pets in Darlington.”
