Accident outside Blackwell Grange Hotel
POLICE dealt with an accident outside the Blackwell Grange Hotel in Darlington.
Officers were called to the busy strecth of road that links Darlington town centre with access to the A1 at around 4.10pm on Wednesday afternoon.
A police spokesman could not confirm if anyone had been injured in the crash, but witnesses described it as "a bump".
