A DRUGS raid has taken place in a house in Middleton St George.
Police were called to the property on Neasham Road at 3pm on Thursday following a tip off concerning Class A drugs.
Five officers and a specialist drugs dog were involved in the raid, but no drugs were found and no arrests were made.
Inspector Caroline Dawson, neighbourhood inspector for Darlington, said: “We executed a drug warrant after receiving intelligence from the public of possible class A drugs in the property.
“We urge the community to continue to provide us with information as we take drug allegations very seriously."
