PARKING regulations are set to change in Darlington.

Darlington Borough Council has submitted proposals to introduce no waiting zones along a variety of roads.

If proposals are accepted, no waiting at any time regulations will be introduced at: Carmel Road South – both sides, from the south side of the junction with The Spinney to its junction with Bridge Road; Croft Road – both sides, from its junction with Snipe Lane southwards for a distance of 150m; Grange Road – both sides, from the south side of its junction with Parkside to its junction with the A66; Snipe Lane – both sides, from its junction with Croft Road eastwards for a distance of 300m.

No waiting between 8am and 6pm is also being proposed for the east and west sides of Carmel Road South.

Full details are included in a draft order, available to view at Darlington Town Hall between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
