POLICE are investigating a break in at a betting office where cash was stolen.
The Ladbrokes betting office, close to the Harrowgate Hill Workingmen's Club on Salters Lane North, in Darlington, was targeted overnight between Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26.
A small amount of cash was taken during the break in.
Darlington Police have asked anyone with information about the break in, or who may have seen suspicious activity in the Bensham Park play area on Sunday night, to contact PC Tony Young on 01325-742776.
