YOUNG art and design graduates will be given the chance to sell their original artwork direct to the public at a forthcoming pop-up event, writes David Huntley.
Shout About Art will be a one day event held at Hurworth Grange on Sunday, November 16, and will include exhibits ranging from fine art and illustration to textiles and photography.
The organisers are looking for exhibitors who have little or no experience at selling their work to the public, so that they can gain essential knowledge about the industry.
Two winning applicants will be awarded a free space at the pop-up event and will allow the general public to buy and commission original and new art.
The event runs from 10am to 4pm.
Graduate application forms are available from shoutaboutart.com and the deadline for entries is October 4.
