A WILDLY popular children’s film will cast a chill over the summer holidays.

Families will be frozen to their seats for a big screen showing of one of Disney’s most successful movies.

Frozen – which follows the adventures of princesses Anna and Elsa, snowman Olaf, iceman Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven – will be screened in Darlington’s Market Square on Friday, July 25 at 2pm.

The free showing is part of Darlington by the Sea’s schedule of summertime events and is sandwiched between screenings of The Lego Movie, which starts at 11am and Toy Story, which begins at 5pm.

Some deckchairs will be available but film fans are invited to bring their own chairs or rugs as seating is limited.
