TWO horses died after a fire at an allotment site near Bishop Auckland this afternoon.
The blaze broke out shortly before 3pm in a plot near Randolph Street, Coundon Grange.
Two fire crews from Bishop Auckland attended the incident, which saw a timber and prefabricated building destroyed.
