FITNESS fanatics are being invited to try two new sports sessions in Teesdale.
British Triathlon coaches are hosting a Try A Tri event, which includes swimming, running, and indoor cycling, at Teesdale Leisure Centre, in Barnard Castle, on Sunday, March 28, from 10am to noon.
Participants can choose how many of the activities they take part in. Entry is £5.
An Aquathlon takes place at the leisure centre on Sunday, April 11, from 8am to 11.30am, which comprises a 400m swim and a three mile run.
Entry is £12 for members of the British Triathlon Federation, and £15 for non-members.
Places must be pre-booked for both events, and participants must be aged 16, or over.
