PETERLEE: Monday (November 5) Peterlee Town Council Fireworks Display, Helford Road, Peterlee, County Durham. Fireworks at 6.30pm, but there will be no bonfire. Family entertainment in The Pavilion. Free admission.
QUARRINGTON HILL: Quarrington Hill Community Centre grounds; Monday, November 5; 7pm; entry free.
SADBERGE: Monday (November 5) on the field opposite the Buck Inn pub. A bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm followed by a firework display at 7.15pm. Free entry.
SEAHAM Friday (November 2) Seaham Town Council Firework Display, North Terrace Area, Seaham. Viewing from Terrace Green. Display starts at 7pm.
SEDGEFIELD: Saturday (November 3)Ceddesfeld Hall, Rectory Row. Fireworks from 6.30pm. Tickets in advance are £2 for adults, £1 children and are available from primary schools and the Post Office. Tickets on the gate are £3 for adults and £1.50 for children. Limited availability.

YORK: Monday (November 5) Gunpower Plot – Fireworks festival, music concert, bonfire and 5k run. 4pm to midnight at York Knavesmire, Bustardthorpe. Entry for fireworks is £12 adults, £8 children, family £35. For 5k run entry is £25. Parking £5 in advance or £10 on day.
YORK: York Maze Monday (November 5) Dunnington Lodge, Elvington Lane, York. Fireworks and bonfire. 4.30pm to 10.30pm. £12.95 adults and £9.95 children, under 5s free.
YORK: Kaboom! Sunday (November 4) 7pm at Rawcliffe Country Park, York. Adults £10, children £7.50 and under 3s free. Must be bought in advance. Fireworks start at 7.15pm, choreographed with lighting and special effects to a specially commissioned James Bond. Main stage will be hosted by BBC Radio York.
THIRSK: Saturday (November 3) Fireworks and bonfire at Millgate car park, central Thirsk, from 6.30pm. Free. Food and drinks on sale from Thirsk Rotary.

BEDALE: Fireworks and bonfire at Bedale Hall Park on Saturday (November 3) 6pm start. Organised by Bedale town council bonfire committee. Free.
MASHAM: Bivouac at Druid’s Temple, near Masham, Thursday (November 1) at 7.30pm. Free entry. Buskers, bonfire, and fireworks.
