A MAN wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court charged with driving offences has been arrested after being stopped by traffic police.
Officers from Cleveland & Durham Road Policing Unit spotted a Ford Mondeo in the area of Owton Manor, Hartlepool.
After checks on the vehicle it was revealed it had no insurance or MOT.
When officers spoke to the driver he also admitted he didn't have a licence, police say.
