Police seek road rage motorist who punched car windscreen
POLICE are seeking a motorist who got out of his car and punched the windscreen of another vehicle after a row.
Around 5.15pm on Thursday, December 18, a red Peugeot 206 and a grey Vauxhall Corsa were involved in an incident near to the roundabout for Linton on the A189 at Ashington, Northumberland.
The two vehicles pulled over next to the roundabout and the man in a Peugeot 206 got out of his car and punched the windscreen of the Corsa causing it to crack. He then left the scene.
Enquiries are ongoing and police are appealing for anyone who might have seen the incident, or who might have any information, to contact them on 101 ext 69191 quoting reference number 931 18/12/14.
