I HAVE just watched a programme on television regarding illegal immigrants entering the country.
The authorities acknowledge that the number getting through may never be known, despite apprehending a few, because “every lorry can’t be checked” (their words, not mine).
Neither can we be rid of that nasty piece of work Abu Qatada – because the European Court won’t let us.
What a spineless bunch of MPs we have.
Don’t worry folks – the intrepid guardians of our borders are ever vigilant when our own people are made to queue for hours to get back in the country.
We can all sleep safe in our beds. That’ll learn ’em.
