Penrith are looking for a new manager following the resignation of manager John Clasper.
Clasper took on his first Northern League management role at the end of last season, and on a limited budget, just managed to keep the club in the first division on goal difference above Jarrow Roofing.
The former Tow Law player quit because of work commitments.
