Gainford father charged with baby's manslaughter

A MAN has today been charged with killing his baby son.
Lee Clark was charged with the manslaughter of his son Charlee Cameron Clark in Gainford, County Durham, last February.
The five-month-old was admitted to Darlington Memorial Hospital with serious head injuries on February 25, 2011.
He was later transferred to a specialist unit at Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary but died the following Tuesday, March 1.
Mr Clark, 27, will appear before magistrates at Peterlee tomorrow morning.
