A 21-SALTBURN man was due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court this morning after an alleged attempted armed robbery at a Chinese takeaway in the town's Milton Street.
The alleged incident took place at 6.45pm on Thursday, September 8 and he was arrested just 30 minutes later, nearby.
Yesterday, he was charged with attempted robbery, possession of a firearm with criminal intent, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a firearm after conviction.
