A 14-month-old boy died after being found unconscious at a theme park.
The boy was found unconscious at a caravan at the Flamingo Land site in Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire, yesterday morning and was taken to Scarborough Hospital.
Staff at the hospital notified North Yorkshire Police just after 8am and officers attended the scene.
The force said the youngsters death was sudden and unexplained.
He said: The caravan where the child was found unconscious has been sealed off while police examine the property and ascertain the full circumstances surrounding the death.
No-one has been arrested in connection with the investigation.
The child has not yet been identified by police.
