THE emergency services are attending the scene of a serious road traffic accident in North Yorkshire.
The accident, which involved a car and a motorbike, happened on the A684 at Swinithwaite, near Leyburn, this evening.
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
The road is closed and a diversion is in place at Wensley.
