Plans for a new conference room and restaurant at QinetiQ have been submitted to Malvern Hills District Council.
The company is seeking to replace an old and virtually unused office building with the modern conference room and staff restaurant.
It has several old buildings on the site, many built before the Second World War. The new building is part of a wider scheme to improve and modernise the Malvern facility. This includes selling land on Court Road for housing.
Comments on the planning application need to be submitted by January 13.
