STAFF at a big American firm's Darlington plant have achieved management qualifications after an eight-month development project.
The project was carried out on site at Cummins Engine Company, with Jan Deardon, Darlington Business Venture co-ordinator on hand to assess and coach new team leaders.
All of those involved achieved NVQ Level Three management qualifications.
