A £750,000 expansion at a Darlington hotel has been officially unveiled. The extra 22 rooms and suites at the New Grange Hotel and Maxine's Bar and Restaurant, in Southend Avenue, is the second expansion at the hotel.
The town's MP, Alan Milburn, joined owner Duncan Bannatyne and manager John Birnie, to open the extension.
Fifteen more jobs have been created as a result of the work.
