Division One - Nunthorpe Ath 3 v 1 Fishburn Park: Nunthorpe Athletic stay top of the league, but only courtesy of a plus one goal difference.

They lead Grangetown but had to come from behind after Fishburn Park took a 22nd minute lead when a ricochet in the Nunthorpe box found Danny Brown who put the visitors ahead. Nunthorpe pushed forward but Peter Boldison and Anthony Roberts were thwarted by Fishburn keeper Sam Dobbs who had an outstanding game. In the second half Nunthorpe again pushed forward, looking for all three points. Ten minutes into the second half the hosts drew level when Boldison scored at the back post to settle his side's nerves and in the 70th minute Dominic Ingram powered home a header to give Nunthorpe a 2-1 lead. They increased this due to a second from Boldison, his 20th of the season to secure the points in the tight championship race which should hot up next week when they travel to Acklam Steelworks.

Richmond Town 2 v 1 New Marske SC

New Marske SC shocked the home side by taking the lead when Gary Bickerstaff put Jimmy Allen through and Allen kept his nerve to lob the advancing keeper. Richmond fought back and five minutes before half-time player/manager Richmond Dowson riffled home with a right foot shot after getting on the end of a Gavin Newall flick-on. In the second half the match swung end to end but on the hour Adam Emson capitalised on a New Marske mistake and shot home his 11th of the season. Richard Thompson crashed a shot against the crossbar in the closing stages.

Stokesley SC 1 v 0 BEADS FC

The only goal of the game came in the in the 72nd minute when a good move, involving Craig Hutton, sent James Middleditch down the right and his cross found Jonathan Smith to notch his ninth of the season. The visitors pushed forward but the hosts hung on for the last quarter and secured the three points that helped them out of the bottom two.

Whitby Town Res 0 v 1 Thornaby YC

THIS match was very even with both sides having a number of chances, and was settled in the 80th minute when, from a direct free kick, Marty Moore secured all three points.

Wolviston Res 1 v 4 Grangetown BC

Once again Wolviston had to give up home advantage, as their pitch was not available, their match was switched to Grangetown who were fighting to retain the Championship Trophy from their main rivals Nunthorpe Athletic. The first half was a very even affair, with neither side able to make the break through, but five minutes into the second half Ian Williams gave the Boys Club the lead with his 5th of the season, fourteen minutes later the Leagues joint top score Ian McGowan with his 27th of the season made it 2-0, Wolviston who are fighting to get clear of the relegation zone pulled a goal back through Craig Brown to make it 2-1. Wolviston pushed forward now but with eight minutes remaining Robbie Bell gave the Boys Club a two gaol cushion when he made it 3-1 and with six minutes remaining Michael Meggison completed the scoring and made it 4-1 with his 15th of the season.

Division Two

B'ham Wndrs 1 v 4 Teesside Arriva

Billingham Wanderers shocked the visitors by taking the lead after through Adrian Serrechia and they kept this lead until half-time. In the second half Arriva pushed forward and only a brilliant save by Chris Simpson in the Billingham goal kept his side in front, but in 70th Arriva drew level when David Lubb headed home. And two minutes later Arriva took the lead when Neil Hay was on target. The hosts pushed for an equaliser but Hay struck twice more to secure his hat-trick and the points.

Darlington CB 2 v 4 Teesside Link

Darlington Cleveland Bridge got off to a great start, Darren Wray opening the scoring after only two minutes and he then doubled his side's advantage. But Link struck back through Gary Bowe and then it was level at 2-2 when Paul Lambert notched. Just before half-time the turn around was complete when Paul Livingstone scored and in the second half Bowe completed the scoring.

D'ton SRM 0 v 2 SMG Redstripes

The home side were a good match for the visitors until Kevin Lowe gave SMG the lead. Steve White gave the Billingham side a 2-0 lead and all three points.

Bedale FC 3 v 1 Acklam Ath

This fiery fixture saw three players sent off, two for eventual winners Bedale. They took the lead through Paul Orton but the visitors pulled level when Dean Talukder converted a penalty. The match remained a tight affair but Bedale took the lead when Wayne Gredziak scored and although Acklam pushed forward Adam Bramley made it 3-1.

R T Raine Trophy semi-finals

Dormans FC 1 v 4 Carlin How 4 (aet)

A battle at Dormans where the home side were pressed back by first division side Carlin How, who should have take an early lead through Jason Draper and Steve Starsmore, but second division Dormans also could have score with Sam Ebwea causing problem for the visitors with his pace, but at the halfway break the score remained at 0-0. Ten minutes into the second half Carlin How got the break through they probably deserved when Steve Starsmore scored, this seemed to gee the Dormans up and they pressed forward, but left themselves open at the back to the quick break, but in the 75th minute Dean Farley broke clear and pulled it back to 1-1. The remaining fifteen minutes saw both side press for the winner but it remained at 1-1 and the match went into extra time. Ten minutes into the first period of the extra time Starsmore with his second of the game and 11th of the season gave the visitors a 2-1 lead, five minutes into the second period of the extra time Jason Draper with his 20th of the season made it 3-1 before Martin Say with his 6th of the season secured a place in the final for Carlin How.
