NEIGHBOURS fought flames after a house was the target of an arson attack.

Police said the fire appeared to have been caused when burning paper was pushed through the letterbox. The property was empty at the time of the attack, just after midnight yesterday, and no one was injured. It is the second time the house has been targeted by arsonists. PHOTO DISPLAY: Year eight pupils from Grangefield School, Stockton, have held a photographic exhibition called I Saw And It Was Beautiful. Teacher Claire Cuthbert worked with the RE club to produce the work, which will be on show in a multi-faith garden at the school.
