Brown: Tony Blair can't be EU president

GORDON Brown has conceded that Tony Blair has no chance of becoming EU president.
However, Baroness Ashton looks set to become the European foreign minister.
Mr Brown, who is in Brussels for the historic vote, has now withdrawn support for his predecessor to get behind Baroness Ashton.
The former Prime Minister of Belgium looks favourite to become president.
