THREE people have been charged on suspicion of the murder of a 35-year-old man.
Andrew Gardner, from Arthur Street, Chilton, County Durham, died at his home on Friday March 13 after suffering multiple injuries.
Clare Louise Nicholls, 28, her brother Simon Nicholls, 23, and Steven Martin, 44, are due to appear before magistrates in Newton Aycliffe today. All three have given Arthur Street in Chilton as their main address.
