AN off-licence is getting behind a North-East football team as it attempts to climb up the football league.
Booze Buster, in Stockton Road, Darlington, has decorated its windows to support Darlington FC's campaign in the League 2 play-offs.
Manager Ashley Wray, who is a keen Quakers fan, has put a teddy bear wearing a Darlington strip and flags up in the window of her shop.
Ms Wray said: "We're in the play offs and you've got to cheer on your home town team.
"I go the matches quite often, but I can't on Saturday as I'm working - but I'll be going to Wembley.
"A lot of my customers have remarked on the display and asked where I've got the scarves from. Children are always asking about it. My boss liked it so much, he's put in a window display at the other Booze Buster, in Geneva Road."
■ Nearly all of Darlington's allocation of 2,000 tickets for the play-off semi-final second leg away to Rochdale have been sold and last night only about 100 remained. They are priced at £18 for adults and £10 concessions and are available from the Arena ticket office.
The ticket office number is 0871-855-1883.
