DANCING queen Jill Halfpenny has opened a hospital's new internet cafe.
The actress and Strictly Come Dancing winner officially unveiled the Wilson's Internet Cafe, in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead, today.
Hospital staff will be able to use the computers to browse the internet, set up email accounts, learn web skills and order goods online.
The facility is named after Thomas Wilson, an 19th century teacher and businessman who dedicated himself to education in the Low Fell area.
