MOBILE phones, jewellery and sunglasses are among suspected stolen items that have been recovered by police this morning.

Police are urging potential victims to come forward after they received reports of men acting suspiciously on Broadlands in Ingleby Barwick, near Stockton, just after 4am this morning.

Officers located four men who have been arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle. They are aged 21, 26, 27 and 33. All remain in police custody at this time.

Cleveland Police have recovered a number of items of suspected stolen property and would like to appeal to their owners to come forward.

The recovered property includes:

  • cases containing RayBan sun glasses
  • a black Nokia mobile phone
  • a single key with the Manchester City logo printed on
  • silver coloured Vivienne Westwood earrings
  • a grey Vivienne Westwood pouch
  • a black Oakleys sunglasses holder
  • a gold ladies watch
  • a black Apple i-Phone
  • a bottle of creed aftershave
  • a Kodak play sport android charger
  • a Flip ultra video recorder
  • a dash cam 
  • a black Milwaukee tool box containing a Milwaukee drill
  • a silver metal box containing a Megger tester
  • sunglasses in a Genuine software sleeve
  • a gold football medal.

As a precaution, police would like to remind members of the public to keep cars locked and keep valuables out of sight.
