FLARES and platforms are some of the many characteristics of the sensational era that was the 1970s, and there is a chance to revisit that time at a fundraising Bjorn to Be ABBA sing-a-long.
Taking place at the Empire Theatre, Consett, on Friday, September 7, from 7.30pm until late, this all-singing and all-dancing show, which will transport you back in time, will be raising money for Willow Burn Hospice, based in Lanchester, Durham.
Siobhan Marsh, hospice community fundraiser, said: “We are really excited about this event. We are hoping to raise over £5,000.”
